Now in case you don't know i'm a normally a pretty pve kind of guy. once i bought faction (and ab) that began to change. normally i wouldn't touch pvp except a periodical z-trapping and screwing around in ra for fun. ab effects pve so i delved into pvp warriors. i said war builds are easy to run let try some.......... and on and on i go until i am a almost hardcore aber. i came up with an idea after getting pwned by rangers and there conditions 2 many times.

1 w/r running apply poison and dwarfen battle stance packed with renewing smash.
2. p/r or r/p running a heavy condition build. and p/w can work using your all alone, this could replace the mesmers snare
3. illusion mesmer running snares, fragility, frustration, Accumulated Pain maybe, and some other good stuff.
4. rit running warmongers and support stuff, shadow song.

if shadow song is hitting an ideal target then go with shadow song. if not the mesmer calls.
plan mesmer prepares the the target by raping it's energy and hexing it. the war moves in and starts ramming it with poison, not dwarfen yet but soon.
the spike begins with a fast barrage of condition heavy arrow and interupts from the ranger and the war goes into dwarf mode. each interupt deals +40 and each condition deal +20. quickly and hopelessly the target dies under constant interrupts.

could this work? was this sorta of build every run in the past? what suggests do you guys have?

the R/P condition build kinda, if you bring a pet it's good, otherwise meh, not really. Any build works, it's whether it works well.

If you want to make a decent AB Build, it needs to have capping ability, and this team has none.

Warrior: Apply Poison is 15 energy, Dwarven Battle Stance and Renewing Samsh are both 10 energy... so unless you're running full radiants and a blood ritual/BiP necro, both of which are stupid, its not gonna work

E/D Capper - [Fire Attunement][Savannah Heat][Searing Heat][Rodgorts Invocation][Flame Djinns Haste][Mystic Regeneration][Mirage Cloak][Optional] (Usually [Glowing Gaze] or [Glyph of Lesser Energy]

R/Mo Cripshot - [Crippling Shot][Savage Shot][Distracting Shot][Apply Poison][Sloth Hunter's Shot][Natural Stride][Mending Touch][Optional] - Coul run any other elite and [Pin Down] for example.

Any decent build melee character, and a monk. So simple, yet works so much better then ur proposition.

I run something similar in AB, but I drop [[Searing Heat] for [[Meteor]. [[Savannah Heat] -> [[Meteor] -> [[Rodgort's Invocation] and the shrine should be wiped. Meteor knocks down the AI just before they scatter or react. I find [[Mirage Cloak] to be a waste of energy since [[Shield of Force] has always been enough for me and I prefer [[Glyph of Lesser Energy] over [[Glowing Gaze].

What happened to the times when this would be locked and deleted to prevent flaming?

Anyway.... warmonger and a decent ranger with savage/dshot is enough interrupts, no need to mess around with terrible stuff like DBS. Rangers can also spread poison to the entire team with apply instead of one person, so again no need for that. Just put frenzy, rush, bulls strike, rez sig, attack skills on your warrior and smash face.

If you really want fun with fragility, I'd look at 0-spec Virulence. Kind of a fun spike that should defeat the RA teams.

too much overlap and duplication

the r/p should already have poison
no need to overlap it on the warr

even if the r/p didnt have it
theres still no reason to have it on the warr

ranger snare overlapping wit mesmer snare
again no need for both

warmongers and dwarven battle stance overlap again
and even overlap wit the rangers and mesmers manual interupts

it looks like ur tryin to go for team synergy
but doesnt quite work

it looks more like u have a backup chara to cover up the mistake another player may make
focus on strengthening player roles instead
each one unique, but supportin each other

No, it won't work. I can point out a couple things wrong with it.
First off, DBS isn't very good. It may seem good, but think of it this way:

DBS interrupts skills, sometimes
Dev. Hammer, or any other KD warrior, doesn't let the person even start casting.
DBS is up 10/20 seconds, 20/30 if you use Renewing Smash.
Dev. Hammer, under ideal conditions, can keep someone on the ground for ~20 seconds, and after that, it's only ~ 5 seconds of downtime.
DBS can be countered by kiting
Dev. Hammer snares them by 100%
DBS pressures
Dev. Hammer pressures and spikes.

The R/P with a spear could work, if done right, but in team builds, a Cripshot, Mel's Shot, etc all outperform it.

The Mesmer again, could work, but there are much better alternatives, such as an Ele.

Personally, I love rits. I think they're great. Sadly, they don't fit in with this build. They could provide a little healing, but not enough to keep your team alive. They could do a little damage, but not enough to let you roll through other teams. Sub-par choice, in this case.

In the end, I think the best advice would be to go to www.pvxwiki.com.

hmmm i understand what you mean about kd lock vs dbs.
yes normally just your normal backbreaker/devestating blow would out preform.
however this team build is set up to take of advantage of frustrations bug. whenever any interupting spell, attack hits them they take 40 odd damage. with apply poison (i'm not going for the poison here) u deal +20 on each attack, thou with energy problems i'll probly drop the warrior idea.

i now think then even just 2 rangers would totally out perform the dbs idea.

so
m/n running virulence, fragility and frustration, and phatom pain as a cover hex
one paragon/war running con spear and your alone.
a ranger/paragon running all the remaining contitions.
2 rit healers with warmongers.
last 3 idk.
maybe some other stuff. do you guys thing this could be a new sorta spiking build?

thought you were writing about a possible TA/4-player build and now all of a sudden you changed it into a GvG build?(as i presume you did, talking now about 8 players instead of 4)

And if it becomes a new spikingbuild?

for the last 3...some real monks and a runner mebbeh?
